Precision. Safety. Excellence in Every Procedure.
The Endoscopy Unit at the Sindh Institute of Advanced Endoscopy and Gastroenterology (SIAG) is the centerpiece of our clinical operations. Purpose-built to deliver comprehensive, advanced endoscopic services, the unit reflects our mission to offer international-standard gastrointestinal care free of cost in a public-sector, heritage-protected setting.
At SIAG, cutting-edge technology is matched by exceptional clinical expertise. Our procedures are performed by some of the best-trained gastroenterologists in Pakistan, supported by experienced anesthesiologists, nurses, and technical staff committed to safe, patient-centered care.
Whether diagnostic or therapeutic, these procedures are performed with precision, safety, and compassion.
All equipment and protocols are maintained according to international safety and infection control standards.
Our endoscopy services are led by highly trained gastroenterologists with advanced national and international experience in therapeutic endoscopy. The team is skilled in managing both routine and high-complexity cases and works in close coordination with anesthesiology, radiology, and nursing staff to ensure optimal outcomes.
This level of expertise allows us to provide safe and effective care, even for patients requiring specialized or high-risk procedures.
Each patient undergoes detailed pre-procedure evaluation, and sedation or anesthesia is managed by an in-house team. During and after the procedure, patients are continuously monitored until medically fit for discharge.
For patients needing extended observation, our high-dependency recovery units are fully equipped for close monitoring and support. Post-procedure counseling, discharge instructions, and follow-up planning are standard for every case.
All services, including high-end interventions, are provided completely free of cost.
This ensures continuous growth, innovation, and adherence to the highest standards of care.
The Endoscopy Unit at SIAG represents our belief that everyone deserves access to safe, advanced, and ethical gastrointestinal care. We are committed to delivering procedures that are effective, timely, and respectful of every patient’s dignity and needs.
